A guest who cannot obtain the required boating-safety certification may not be allowed to operate the jet ski. Depending on the operator's cancellation policy, missing a reservation because certification was not completed may not qualify for a refund. Completing the test in advance is strongly recommended. TripShock will send you an email with access to the test when your booking is finalized, which does allow unlimited attempts.
