Possibly. Clouds or light rain alone do not necessarily cancel a tiki cruise. Captains generally make weather decisions based on actual safety conditions such as lightning, high winds, storms, and unsafe water rather than whether the forecast shows rain. Guests should not assume a trip is canceled unless the operator confirms it.
