Yes, the rest of the group is able to ride along as observers when the parasail boat has open spectator seats. Around Destin Harbor, observer tickets are common for friends, parents, grandparents, or anyone who wants the boat ride without going up in the air. Spectators stay seated while the flyers rotate through harnessing, takeoff, flight time, and landing on the boat.
