A 2hr Destin boat tour is counted as dock to dock time, and not the extra check in time before you board. For a 1pm to 3pm dolphin cruise from Destin Harbor, that 2hrs is the scheduled cruise window from leaving the dock to returning, while parking, waivers, bathroom stops, wristbands, and boarding happen before departure. The full 2hrs is not always open riding or hangout time though, because part of it includes idling through the harbor, reaching the viewing area near Choctawhatchee Bay or the Destin Bridge, turning around, and docking again at the end.
