Yes, a non flying guest is allowed on many Orange Beach parasail boats when an observer seat is booked with the reservation and space is available. Chute Em Up Parasail allows observers to ride only when they are listed with the party. For a mixed family, it is workable for someone who wants to watch from the boat near Perdido Pass instead of flying.
