Yes, although all three are Gulf Coast beach destinations with overlapping activities. Gulf Shores and Orange Beach have their own identity built around Gulf State Park, Fort Morgan, Mobile Bay history, The Wharf, back-bay boating, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and nearby OWA. Visitors should not expect an entirely different type of beach vacation, but there is enough local geography and character to keep it from feeling like merely another condo on the same strip.
