No. Pets are prohibited on the public beaches in both cities. That catches some visitors off guard because plenty of accommodations and businesses are pet-friendly, but “pet-friendly vacation rental” does not mean the dog can accompany the family onto the Gulf beach. Plan pet-friendly parks and other outings separately.
