Yes, a small bag is allowed on many water activities, but dry space depends on the ride. Dolphin cruises, catamaran sails, and private boat trips near The Wharf, Zeke’s Landing, and Perdido Pass have room for a tote or small backpack under a seat or near your feet. Jet skis, banana boats, parasailing boats, paddleboards, and kayaks have much less space, so a 5 liter to 10 liter waterproof dry bag fits better than a beach bag packed with towels and extra clothes.
