Yes, you can still parasail if you not able to walk or in a wheelchair. You don't need your legs to lift off, and the crew can accommodate if requested in advance. The biggest factor is whether the crew can safely transfer you from your wheelchair into the parasailing harness and back again. Once you are secured in the harness, there is little physical effort required because the boat does the work during takeoff and landing. Not every company will accommodate, but a few companies in Destin that will service are Destin X Parasailing and Gilligans.
