The closest Marina to Crab Island is the Destin Marina. They have a boat ramp open to the public for a $25 fee and a small retail shop of boating essentials, but just note that parking is typically hard to come by in peak season. There are also jet ski/boat rentals and tours with Xtreme H2o and the Crab Island Runner, which offer daily trips to Crab Island (3 and 4 hour tours).
