They overlap, but they do not feel identical. Barefoot Landing sits along the Intracoastal Waterway in North Myrtle Beach and combines restaurants, shopping, entertainment, Alligator Adventure, Alabama Theatre, House of Blues, and family attractions in a more waterfront-oriented setting. Broadway at the Beach generally feels denser and more attraction-heavy.
