Quieter nature-based activities generally offer more control than Myrtle's biggest entertainment complexes. Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park, uncrowded beach time, and carefully chosen outdoor outings may be easier than arcades, dinner shows, busy attractions, or nighttime Boardwalk crowds. For any major attraction, ask specifically about amplified sound, flashing lights, crowds, waiting areas, and opportunities to exit and re-enter before booking.
