Yes, several activities are close enough to walk to if you are staying on the sound side near Quietwater Beach, Little Sabine Bay, or the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk area. Many dolphin cruises, sunset cruises, boat rentals, paddleboard rentals, and kayak launches are clustered around that side of Pensacola Beach, so some condos are only about 5min to 15min away on foot.
