The easiest boarding is on larger sightseeing style dolphin cruises and covered pontoon style tours from places like Broad Creek Marina and Shelter Cove Marina, because those boats sit more level with the dock than small speedboats. A 40 passenger dolphin boat has more rail space, crew at the entry point, and a wider boarding area than a low 6 passenger skiff or fast water sports boat.
