Only if the rental company allows it and the restaurant has dock space open for visiting boats. In Hilton Head, places near Skull Creek, Shelter Cove, and Harbour Town all have different dock rules, and some pontoon rental agreements limit tie ups to approved marinas or no dock stops at all.
