Yes, boat tours still go out in light rain when there is no lightning, unsafe wind, or a marine warning affecting the trip. Light rain by itself does not automatically cancel a dolphin cruise. The captain makes the final call based on radar, wind, visibility, and NOAA marine conditions before letting the boat leave the dock.
