The easiest boarding is on larger dolphin cruises, sunset cruises, and private pontoon style boats that leave from fixed marina docks around John’s Pass, Tierra Verde, and Boca Ciega Bay. These boats have wider boarding points, railings, and more stable decks than smaller speedboats or beach landing trips.
