Many Panama City Beach sunset sails have a bathroom on board, but it depends on the specific catamaran or sailboat. Larger sailing trips leaving from Grand Lagoon and cruising through St. Andrews Bay have a small marine restroom, sometimes called a head, while smaller sailboats have limited space and no guest restroom.
