Yes, pontoon rentals have storage areas, but they are not as dry as a sealed locker. Most 22ft to 24ft Panama City Beach pontoons out of Grand Lagoon have under seat compartments for towels, small bags, and shoes, while phones, wallets, and keys still need a waterproof pouch because spray, wet feet, and rainwater get inside the boat.
