No, rental companies in Florida are unable to allow a 14 year old to drive the jet ski even with a parent riding. The minimum age is currently 18 years old to rent and drive a ski in the state of Florida. However, on personal jet skis, 14 year olds can drive that have a valid identification and completed the Florida Boasters Safety exam.
