No, Fort Myers Beach dolphin tours do not allow swimming with wild dolphins. NOAA Fisheries states that harassing wild dolphins is illegal and recommends viewing them from at least 50yd away. For swimming, a dedicated snorkeling trip or private charter with a separate swim stop is a better option, but it's unlikely you'll be up close in the water with dolphins.
