Yes, but near St. Andrews Bay, the paddleboards are more common on captained trips or separate beach rentals than self drive pontoons. Panama City Pontoon Charters includes paddleboards, a lily pad, and snorkel gear on its private Shell Island excursion, and Lagoon Pontoons has paddleboards on its Shell Island Snorkel Sail and private charters. Additionally, kayak and paddleboard rentals are available separately if you wish to enhance your boating experience with more water activities.
