I'm 500lbs and 6'6 can I fit In the bathroom and also be on the boat ?

Yes, you should be able to fit in the bathroom on the boat, but it will be a bit tight if you need to sit down on the toilet. I'd recommend using the bathroom at Harborwalk village which is nearby the boat slip right before you depart just in case.
