Guests are picked up at the hotel entrance as long as that hotel is on the approved pickup route, otherwise, they are assigned a nearby meeting spot. Louisiana Tour Company is an example that offers pickup from select New Orleans hotels in the Downtown or French Quarter area. Cajun Encounters uses a tighter pickup setup with set points such as 422 Canal St, 1119 N Rampart St, Holiday Inn Superdome, Homewood Suites French Quarter, 1028 Canal St, and 827 Tchoupitoulas St, so some guests meet at one of those locations instead of directly outside their own hotel.
