No, you cannot bring a stroller onboard a St. Pete area dolphin tour. On the 1.5hr Dolphin Quest at John’s Pass, strollers are stored on the dock before boarding because space is limited, and on Hubbard’s Marina Dolphin Watching Nature Cruise, strollers are not permitted.
