Yes, Jazz Fest traffic near the Fair Grounds commonly changes the route, but it does not automatically make the tour longer. For the New Orleans City & Cemetery Guided Tour with Hotel Pickup by Cajun Encounters, tours are subject to change because of traffic conditions, so festival congestion around Fair Grounds Race Course, Bayou St. John, or nearby streets may lead the driver to adjust the route while keeping the scheduled return time as close as possible.
