No, unused time is not guaranteed to be rescheduled or credited if a St. Pete sailing charter returns early because the weather changes after departure. Trips canceled for rainy or stormy conditions are refunded by Suncoast Sailing, but there is no partial credit or rescheduling policy for time lost after a charter has already started.
