No, you won't need to bait your hook. However, on larger boats such as party/head boats, the mates are assisting upwards to 75 people at times and if you want to fish more, you will want to bait your own hook. If you absolutely don't want to bait your book, then I suggest booking a private charter where you receive more personalized service.
