If a mechanical issue delays your jet ski rental, it is not guaranteed that operators will replace the lost riding time. For example, Alabama Extreme Watersports does not automatically provide extra time, a refund, or a credit. The staff reviews the equipment issue and determines the available resolution based on how much of the reserved rental period was affected.
