Yes, some Panama City Beach dolphin tours still run in light rain or cloudy weather, but they do not depart when the captain considers conditions unsafe. For example, the Dolphin Sunset Sail aboard the Privateer Catamaran and the Sunset Dolphin Cruise on the Grand Mére will be rescheduled or cancelled for severe weather, so a passing shower does not automatically mean the trip is called off.
