Does the price listed include all fees (minus gratuity)?
Destin: Crab Island Pontoon Charter for Up to 18 Guests with Restroom & Captain
I assume gratuity will be expected in person on the day of the charter, but I wanted to make sure this doesn't have any hidden captain/ deckhand fees expected on top of this before purchasing. Thanks in advance!

Yes, the price includes taxes, but does not include gratuity for the 18 Passenger Crab Island Pontoon Charter. There won't be any hidden deckhand/captain fees on the day of arrival. Gratuity of 15-20% is common for a charter like this one.
