A sightseeing focused sunset cruise is the way to go if you would rather watch the coastline than spend the trip with water gun battles or other activities like that. One that lines up nicely is the BYOB Sunset Cruise. It moves through Grand Lagoon, Saint Andrews Bay, and near Shell Island, with the scenery and sunset carrying most of the experience. Dolphins still show up from time to time, but they are not the whole point of the trip.
