Yes, HarborWalk Village has public restrooms you can use before the cruise. Once you reach the marina area, the Boogie’s staff can point you toward the nearest restroom before check in. There is a restroom right before you board the boat on the lower level next to Margaritaville. That gives you time to take care of everything before the trip starts.
