Arrive at least 30min before your Heritage Excursions activity is scheduled to start. Check in takes place at 5505 Sun Harbor Road, and that extra time gives the staff enough time to get everyone checked in and ready before departure. The 30min arrival window is separate from the scheduled activity time.
