There is not a designated shaded waiting area at the Frisky Mermaid dock. There are picnic tables behind Shaggy’s Pensacola Beach where passengers can sit before departure, but those tables are not covered. Frisky Mermaid asks guests to arrive at least 15min before the boat leaves, so the wait at the dock is fairly short.
