From downtown Key West, you can drive or take an Uber over to Barefoot Billy’s at Garrison Bight Marina. Follow Eaton Street east out of downtown, and it turns into Palm Avenue as you approach the Palm Avenue Bridge. Barefoot Billy’s is located at Garrison Bight Marina at 719 Palm Ave, so follow Palm Avenue to the marina entrance.
