Crab Island Adventures leaves from Destin Marina at 7 Calhoun Avenue in Destin, right on Destin Harbor. It’s just north of the Destin Bridge, and Crab Island is roughly a 10min boat ride from there, depending on water conditions and harbor traffic that day.
