Yes, your family can go in together even if the Shipwreck Island tickets are split between 2 different reservations. Each reservation will have its own confirmation barcode, and you can access those through the TripShock confirmation email with its attached voucher on your phone when you reach the turnstiles. There’s no need to combine the reservations before you get there.
