Yes, if you get there early, there are a couple of nearby places where you can wait. Donut Hole Bakery and Cafe is at 635 Harbor Blvd and opens at 6am daily, so it works well for morning trips. Harbor Docks is also right by Pelican Adventures and serves breakfast Friday through Sunday from 7am to 10:30am.
