No, your whole group does not have to be standing at the counter for Happy’s Watersports to start checking the reservation. They’ll begin with the booking information, but everyone who needs to complete required paperwork has to be taken care of before departure. This includes verifying the operator of the boat has completed the Florida Boater Safety Test if they are born on or after January 1, 1988. TripShock sends an email with easy access to take the test online following your booking confirmation, but it may also be completed at the dock if necessary.
