There’s quite a bit you can do around the Historic Key West Seaport if you get to Sebago early. You can walk along Harbor Walk, browse nearby shops like Hammerhead Surf Shop, or stop for something to eat at Half Shell Raw Bar or Schooner Wharf Bar.
