No, you’ll use the regular Sebago check in even if you already booked online. Everyone checks in at the Sebago office at 205 Elizabeth Street, Unit 1, along the Harborwalk at the Historic Key West Seaport. The staff pulls up your reservation there and gets you checked in before boarding.
