Happy Cruises asks everyone to arrive 30min before the scheduled departure time. That gives you time to park at HarborWalk Village, make your way down to Boat Slip 39 behind Margaritaville, and get checked in before boarding the 80ft Happy Life. HarborWalk gets busy during peak vacation periods, so arriving a little earlier than that also leaves some breathing room if traffic or parking takes longer.
