From the Panama City Beach hotel area, head toward Thomas Drive and take North Lagoon Drive over to Adventures at Sea Marina at 5709 N Lagoon Drive. Once you get there, Water Planet is along the marina boardwalk near the Adventures at Sea office and Off The Hook restaurant.
