Yes, there’s plenty around Wet n Wild Watersports if you have some extra time before or after your reservation. Captain Leonard Destin Park is right along Calhoun Avenue with a splash pad, playground, boardwalk, beach area, and waterfront views. HarborWalk Village is also nearby with shops, restaurants, mini golf, ziplining, dolphin cruises, and pirate cruises, so you have a few different ways to fill a couple of hours.
