There are a couple of notable places nearby if you want to eat before heading back to New Orleans. Southside Cafe in Slidell has seafood, po boys, burgers, and other casual Louisiana dishes, while Phil’s Marina Cafe is another nearby spot for seafood by the water. Both are good choices for lunch or dinner after your Cajun Encounters swamp tour.
