For most French Quarter Phantoms tours, you’ll meet at the Voodoo Lounge at 718 N. Rampart Street, right by the corner of North Rampart and Orleans Street. When you go inside, head toward the back of the bar and look for the neon tickets sign. That’s where you’ll check in and meet your guide. The Garden District tour meets at a different location, the New Orleans Opera Guild Home at 2504 Prytania Street.
