Yes, there is a restroom at the Voodoo Lounge, where most French Quarter Phantoms tours check in at 718 N Rampart Street. You will be able to use it before the group heads out. The Ghost and Vampire Tour also includes a 10min comfort break about halfway through the walking tour.
