Yes, the drop off area is right by the Barefoot Queen ticket office at Barefoot Marina, so there is not a long walk to check in. There is also a ramp leading toward the dock area for guests using a wheelchair, walker, or cane. However, if someone in your group needs accessible assistance or lower level seating, let the operator know ahead of time.
