Take US 98 west toward Destin Harbor and head for East Pass Marina at 214 Harbor Blvd, where Top Shelf Tikis departs. From the central Destin beach area, the drive is roughly 10min depending on traffic. Once you reach the harbor area near HarborWalk Village, East Pass Marina is right along Harbor Boulevard.
